Please provide the following information.
Your chosen Installer Partner will then contact you about a free home assessment upon receiving your information, typically within 3 or 4 days time.
Enrollment carries no obligation with it, and is open until

Assessments and contract signing can continue up to July 31st.
HeatSmart is developed as a resource for residents in Tompkins County. However, the boundary has a little flexibility and if you are just a few miles into one of our neighboring counties there is a place for you to tell us more about that.

I understand that my chosen installer will ask for a year of past heating bills to help evaluate building shell and heating system performance. I will supply them if available.
Please list your electric PoD ID number (3rd page of your NYSEG bill on right side just above the table with meter readings). If you do not have this information handy you can finish enrolling without it and we will follow up with a request later.
If you are a natural gas customer now, please give your PoD ID numbr from the gas portion of your NYSEG bill. It should be located just above the table of gas-meter readings near the beginning of the gas section. If you do not have this information handy you can finish enrolling without it and we will follow up with a request later.
I understand that if I choose to have work done, Solar Tompkins will ask for one calendar year of utility data following project completion to assess how well my new insulation and/or heating system is performing
Please help us to reach people more effectively by indicating which parts of our HeatSmart Outreach efforts had the most impact for you. Please check all that apply.
