Simply Installs is a family business owned and operated by AJ and Logan Cole. They specialize in air source heat pumps and their sister company Simply Home Performance does weatherization.
Wed, October 20th from noon-1pm :: Recording available soon HeatSmart Installer Case Study with Halco Join HeatSmart and installer partner Halco to learn how this Chemung County homeowner got a new heating system, new water heater, and extensive weatherization upgrade. This young family with four children live in an old farm house in Erin NY. The home had almost no insulation and relied on pellet stoves and space heaters for heating. Halco insulated the attic, walls, crawl space, installed ductless air source heat pumps and a heat pump water heater, and upgraded the electrical service. The entire $40,000 job was covered by grants from the EmPower program and the NYSERDA heat pump demonstration study.
