2018 HeatSmart Enrollment Form
Enrollment Extended until December 15th. Don't delay!
Enrolling in the HeatSmart program means that you are interested in getting more information from one of our Installer Partners on how insulation and air sealing and/or heat pump systems might work for your home. Please provide the following information. Your chosen Installer Partner(s) will then contact you about a free home assessment upon receiving your information, typically within 3 or 4 days time. Enrollment carries no obligation with it, and is open until December 15, 2018. Assessments and contract signing can continue up to January 31, 2019. HeatSmart was originally developed as a resource for residents in Tompkins County, and its activities are still concentrated there. However, this year we will include a limited number of meetings in counties that are contiguous to Tompkins County as well. The main limitation is whether you are still in the service area of our participating installers, but you are welcome to enroll and find out. * indicates a required field. Thank You!
When you hit the 'submit' button at the bottom, be sure you get a "Success" message. If, instead, an gray error message appears below the submit button, then your form has not been received. Scroll up and correct any entries with red boxes around them.
