HeatSmart Tompkins Enrollment Form

Enrolling in the HeatSmart Tompkins program means that you are interested in getting more information from one of our Installer Partners on how insulation and air sealing and/or heat pump systems might work for your home. Please provide the following information and be sure to initially select ONE Installer Partner below. This Installer Partner will then contact you upon receiving your information, typically in several days time. Enrollment carries no obligation with it, and is open to county residents until December 15, 2015. If you have not attended a HeatSmart event, an example presentation can be viewed online. Also note that your Installer Partner selection may be changed at a later time by contacting HeatSmart staff. Thank You!
